INSURANCE

Please call us to verify if your plan covers chiropractic care in our office. Our staff will explain your eligibility and benefits before treatment at no charge.

We are currently IN NETWORK with most major insurance companies (Aetna, American Specialty Health, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Net, Humana, IWLU, Kaiser, Landmark and United Healthcare).

Due to the time commitment our treatment requires, we have decided to stay in network with the major insurance companies with additional out of pocket costs that your provider may not cover. This benefits the patient and our staff, as it allows us to spend more one on one time with our patients.

We also accept AUTO ACCIDENT and WORKERS COMPENSATION cases, which will usually cover 100% of the fees incurred.
